Order Support

Once your order is placed:

• You will receive a confirmation email

• Tracking information will be sent once your order ships

 

Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout. Boujee Botanicals is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.

 

Shipping Concerns

We currently ship orders using USPS flat rate shipping unless otherwise stated.

 

If your package is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly first. If additional assistance is needed, we are happy to help guide you through the process.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

 

Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handcrafted and personal nature of our products:

• All sales are final

• We do not accept returns or exchanges
