Refunds & Returns
At Boujee Botanicals LLC, every product is handcrafted with intention, high-vibrational ingredients, and the utmost care. Because our items are made in small batches and are personal-care products, we maintain the following return and refund guidelines:
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of skincare, haircare, body oils, and body butters, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any opened or used products.
This ensures product integrity, safety, and hygiene for all customers.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, leaked, broken, or with the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To receive a replacement:
Please email support@boujeebotanicals.com with:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the damaged item(s)
• A photo of the shipping box + packaging
• A brief description of the issue
We will replace damaged or incorrect items at no cost to you.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package is shipped, tracking information will be provided.
Boujee Botanicals is not responsible for:
• Packages marked delivered but not received
• Packages lost due to incorrect customer address entry
• Theft after delivery
However, we will assist you with a USPS claim if needed.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not begun processing.
Once a shipping label has been created, the order cannot be modified or canceled.
Allergy Disclaimer
All ingredients are listed on each product page.
Because reactions can occur even with natural ingredients, we recommend patch testing.
Boujee Botanicals is not responsible for skin reactions or sensitivities.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges on any products.
