Due to the nature of skincare, haircare, body oils, and body butters, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any opened or used products.
This ensures product integrity, safety, and hygiene for all customers.
✨ Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, leaked, broken, or with the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To receive a replacement:
Please email support@boujeebotanicals.com with:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the damaged item(s)
• A photo of the shipping box + packaging
• A brief description of the issue
We will replace damaged or incorrect items at no cost to you.
✨ Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package is shipped, tracking information will be provided.
Boujee Botanicals is not responsible for:
• Packages marked delivered but not received
• Packages lost due to incorrect customer address entry
• Theft after delivery
However, we will assist you with a USPS claim if needed.
✨ Order Changes or Cancellations
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not begun processing.
Once a shipping label has been created, the order cannot be modified or canceled.

I started using this product back in November 2025. I love that the ingredients are all natural/organic. So I don’t have to worry about applying any toxic chemicals to my skin. Love the fact that a little goes a long way. Meaning I apply the butter to my skin in the morning and by the afternoon I’m still getting compliments on how good I smell. Plus my skin stays moisturized and feeling silky smooth. You guys really hit the nail on head with this product.
